By no means is this a complete list of rules, but it should give you a good idea of what is and isn't allowed.
The rules listed here are connected with the rules present in our Discord server. Punishment will be served on both platforms.

General Gist
The platform, the users and the staff are all expected to be treated with respect.The service is provided for free with the expectancy for you to use it as we present it to you.
Any form of abuse, harassment, discrimination, etc. is not allowed.
Any attempt to threaten, blackmail or harm a user associated (or not) with GDPSFH will result in suspension of your GDPS.
You are free to criticise our service in a constructive manner, but you should not undermine similar or competing services.
The choice of you using our service is yours, but we reserve the right to deny you access to it if we see fit.
Basically
Have common sense!Don't be a douche, treat everyone with kindness and leave our service alone if you don't like it.
Our Rights
As we provide our service mostly for free, we are not obliged to keep your GDPS online at all times.We reserve the right to see and modify your files and database of your GDPS.
Additionally, by using our service you give us inclusive rights to all files and data you upload to our service.
This does not include user-generated content (Levels, Account Metadata, etc.) and external assets (Songs, SFXs, etc.)
We can suspend or fully delete your GDPS at any time without prior notice or reason.
Donators, Supporters and other paying users will be treated equally to non-paying users.
Basically
We have control of your GDPS.We aren't responsible for what you do with your GDPS, but we can still take action if deemed necessary.
Your Account
Our current system only provides login via Discord.You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure.
We recommend connecting your social accounts (e.g. YouTube) in case you lose your Discord account.
You are not allowed to make multiple accounts to bypass any restrictions.
Additionally, you are not allowed to make a GDPS for someone who is already using (or has been banned from) our service.
Basically
We're sorry, but that's the best we can do for now.Keep your Discord account safe and don't make multiple accounts to make more GDPSs.
Purpose / Fair Use
The service is provided for you to host your own Geometry Dash Private Server.Using our service requires you to own a legitimate copy of Geometry Dash.
We will not help you in any way if you have not bought the game.
You are not allowed to use the service for anything else.
If you want to do pentesting, please ask Rya directly.
Additionally, you are not allowed to host the game files of your GDPS on our service.
The storage we supply you with is not unlimited and you are expected to use it responsibly.
If you exceed your storage quota, you must either clean up some files, or pay for a storage upgrade.
If you hit the limit without your intention (e.g. user-generated spam or many song uploads), you are most likely exempt from suspension - though your GDPS will have its upload-functionality halted. This is decided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Basically
Don't use our service for anything else than hosting a GDPS.We are not a file hosting service - or a web hosting service for that matter.
If you need more storage, ask us nicely and we might give you some more.
Finally, don't pester RobTop's servers with your GDPS. He has enough to deal with already.
GDPS Content
You are responsible for the content you upload to your GDPS.You and all players of your GDPS are not allowed to upload content that is illegal, harmful, inappropriate, etc.
Mind who your audience is and what they might find inappropriate.
We reserve the right to delete any content and suspend your GDPS if we see fit.
Basically
Don't upload anything illegal or harmful.We don't want to see any of that on our service.
Support
We provide support for our service on our Discord server.You are expected to ask questions in the correct channels and read our guides before asking.
The designated support-channel is #community-help. As the name implies, the community is (probably) available to help you.
Additionally, you are expected to be patient and not demand immediate help.
Basically
We're here to help you, but you have to help yourself first.Read our guides and ask in #community-help. Directly messaging staff members is very discouraged.
Additional Information
Social connections as a "backup"
Because we only support login through Discord, losing access to your Discord account normally means losing access to your GDPS.To protect against this, we recommend linking a social account (such as YouTube or Steam) to your Discord account ahead of time.
Losing your Discord account is the only situation in which we allow you to register a new account for our service. If it happens, we can use that shared social connection to verify it is really you and restore your GDPSs to your new account.
You can link social accounts in Discord under Settings > Connections. The platform doesn't matter, as long as you can link the same connection to both your old and new Discord accounts.
Do not host your game files on here
You are not allowed to host the game files of your GDPS on our service.Providing a link to an external download is completely fine, but hosting the files directly on our service is not.
There are multiple reasons for this:
For one, it wastes storage, both for you and us. The large game files take up a lot of space that could be used for other things, such as allowing more levels to be uploaded on your GDPS.
Additionally, antiviruses could catch the download links that point to our service and flag them as viruses. That could lead to our whole service being flagged instead of just individual links, preventing people from accessing our service (and your GDPS).
Last but not least, you uploading the game files to our service makes us accountable by technicality for hosting them. As we don't store contact information of you, the best we could do is suspend your GDPS in case we get a complaint about the files.
