Q: What payment methods do you accept?A: We use Stripe to process payments. You can pay with any major credit card, PayPal and more.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: You cannot cancel/refund your subscription yet. The subscription will be cancelled automatically at the end of the month if you don't renew it.
Q: Am I allowed to use my own domain?
A: Yes, however you will need to purchase a license to use your own domain. This is a one-time fee of 5€ per GDPS. You'll need to contact us to set it up.
Q: What happens if I stop paying?
A: All GDPSs will be taken offline until you renew your subscription. In the free plan, you may only have 1 GDPS online at a time.
Q: What happens if a GDPS exceeds its storage limit?
A: The GDPS will temporarily be suspended until you either upgrade your plan or delete some files.
Depending on your GDPS size, we may expand your storage limit for free.
Q: Will you add feature X?
A: We are always open for suggestions. You can suggest your idea in our Discord Server under the #suggestions channel.
