Q: What payment methods do you accept?A: All payments go through Stripe. You can pay with any major credit or debit card, plus the wallets Stripe supports in your country (Apple Pay, Google Pay, and others).
Q: What is the difference between a Premium GDPS and a Premium Account?
A: A Premium GDPS upgrades a single server you own (more storage, a custom domain, automated backups). A Premium Account is tied to your Discord account: you support the platform monthly through the Support page and get a Discord role, a panel badge, and account-wide perks.
Q: Can I buy only one of the Premium GDPS features?
A: Yes. Extra storage, retained backup slots, and a custom domain can each be purchased on their own from the GDPS management page. The Premium GDPS bundle just packages all three together at a lower price than buying them separately.
Q: Can I use my own domain?
A: Yes. A custom domain is a 10€ one-time purchase per GDPS, or included for free for as long as your Premium GDPS subscription is active.
Q: Can I cancel anytime?
A: Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled from the panel at any time. You keep the upgrade until the end of the period you have already paid for, with no extra charge.
Q: What happens if my subscription ends or a payment fails?
A: The affected GDPS goes back to the free tier (1GB of storage, no automated backups, the custom domain is removed unless you bought it separately). The GDPS itself stays online, and you can re-subscribe at any time to get the perks back.
Q: What happens if a GDPS exceeds its storage limit?
A: The GDPS will be temporarily suspended until you either upgrade its storage or remove some files.
